Shipping & Return Policy
PRODUCTION > HANDLING > SHIPPING
Your order goes into handling within the time stated on the website at each product. Some orders may take longer as some artworks need to go into production first. When the artwork is in our hands after production, it will be handled and shipped out with care within 1-3 business days. Most customers will have their artwork within 3-7 business days. Sometimes shipping to more distant or remote destinations can take longer, up to 7 to 12 business days.
PICK UP
After receiving a confirmation for pick up please contact us to make an appointment through hello@botanicoisland.com. We will keep your artwork for 60 days.
COSTS
Domestic shipping costs are €7,25-. International shipping costs are €14,-.
RETURNS
We want you to smile when you receive your product. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us at hello@botanicoisland.com.
If your artwork is damaged during shipment we will make sure you receive a new one and may ask you to discard the damaged one.
Regarding the delicacy of the product it is only eligible for return if it is returned in its original state within original packaging. We highly advise not to touch it with bare hands and fold it back in in the exact same way it has been put in.
To return your product, you should email us before you ship your package to the return address that is stated on your shipped package. Once the return is made you need to send us a tracking link or shipping receipt in order to receive your refund (if applicable).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When we have received the return and it is checked for approval of the refund, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If we do notice any differences to the original state we unfortunately cannot process the refund.
If you are shipping an item over €100,-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. All returns need to be made to the sender's address in The Netherlands.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@andyokay.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@sasaostoja.com and we will help you with a reclamation claim. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she/they will find out about your return.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
You have up to 7-14 days to collect your parcel from your pickup spot, depending on how the postal service works in your country.
If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, it will be returned to our address. You will need to speak to customer services regarding your refund. Please notice that you will be charged for any delivery charges for your uncollected order.

WHAT WE COLLECT & SHARE WITH OTHERS
When you purchase or create an account, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
• Send you information about your account and order
• Respond to your requests
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Set up your account for our shop
• Comply with any legal obligations we have
• Improve our store offerings
• Send you our monthly letter, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
WHAT WE SHARE WITH OTHERS
We share shipping information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
PAYMENTS
When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to other parties such as credit card companies, PayPal and Apple Pay to enable the payment.
